Simply put, our flamingo program is designed to surprise a friend with a flock of flamingos in their yard in the morning.
We sneak up in the middle of the night and plant the flock in their yard so the next morning everyone can see your appreciation of this person's good deeds or just your mischievous way of getting even. :-)
