Sliding Fee Scale
Crossroads Family Services operates on a sliding fee scale that takes into account a family's income, expenses, number of dependants, and more to assure we offer our quality services at a fee that is agreeable with the family's budget.

Payment
Payment for the counseling session is due at the time of the appointment, unless prior arrangements have been made. Cash or personal checks made out to "Family Services of Plano" are acceptable for payment. Family Services of Plano does not file for reimbursement from health insurance companies. However, a receipt will be provided.

Cancellation Policy
Client will be charged for canceled appointments unless the counselor is notified 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Exceptions may be made for emergencies. If you are late for an appointment, the session will still end at the end at the scheduled time and you will be charged for a full session. If the counselor is late for an appointment you will be charged for only a partial session or the time will be extended to allow for a full session. All client initiated phone calls (other than scheduling) will be charged at the same fee as your regular counseling sessions.

Agreement
FREE Counseling is available for the following:

• Bilingual Youth ages 10-21 and their families
• Victims of Crime

* All services are offered on a first come-first served basis and subject to counselor availability.
